Lightweight individual vehicle integrating an anti-inclement weather device to which the present invention is an addition, and the driving members and fittings belonging to it, into a unified assembly adapted for this purpose. It consists of a cylindrical trunk 12 at the front, resting on two guiding wheels 21, and connected at the back: - at the bottom, by a lightweight chassis 16 carrying the propulsion engine 6; - at the top, by two uprights-hoops 14 carrying the anti-inclement weather device. Between this top and this bottom, a transverse hoop 41 on two flanking wheels 43 supports the driver 7, anti-inclement weather motor 5, accessories, and the driving back wheel 42. Steerable by means of an assembly secured to gears 19, 35 and 36, chains 45 and 47 and longitudinal members 22 and 46 with transverse rectilinear movements, this vehicle is used as easily as a comfortable and stabilised two-wheeler. <IMAGE>
