PURPOSE:To reduce the manhours of the manufacture of a laser oscillator and cost by forming a metallic electrode of an Al tape having pressure sensitive adhesives and sticking the metallic electrode onto the outer circumferential surface of a discharge tube. CONSTITUTION:The inside diameter of a discharge tube 1 is brought to 200mm and wall thickness thereof to approximately 3mm, and electrodes 2, 3 are attached onto the outer circumferential surface of the tube 1 by Al tapes having Al pressure sensitive adhesives. The Al tape has the same size as the width and length of the electrodes 2, 3, and pasted through the pressure sensitive adhesives 15. According to the constitution, all of mask processes are unnecessitated, and the electrodes can be shaped easily, thus reducing manhours and cost. |
