PURPOSE:To improve the fixing strength between an electric bulb and a reflecting mirror by engaging a cylindrical body of a base with a port in the root part of the reflecting mirror so that the central axis of the bulb coincides with the central axis of the reflecting mirror, and caulking the root part of the reflecting mirror in plural points over the whole circumference of the root part to fix the root part of the reflecting mirror to the cylindrical body of the base. CONSTITUTION:A base 7 is formed by providing an eyelet 10 through an insulator 9 on one end of a base shell 8 having a spiral thread groove formed on the outer circumferential surface and a cylindrical body 12 made of brass through the insulator 9 on the other end thereof. The cylindrical body 12 of the base 7 is engaged with a hole in the root part of a reflecting mirror 2 so that the central axis of an electric bulb 1 coincides with the central axis of the reflecting mirror 2, and the root part of the reflecting mirror 2 is caulked in plural points over the whole circumference of the root part, whereby the root part of the reflecting mirror 2 is fixed to the cylindrical body 12 of the base 7. Hence, the fixing strength between the bulb and the reflecting mirror can be increased. |
