PURPOSE:To eliminate an embossed mold and to obtain a transfer foil having excellent heat resistance by sequentially providing a releasable layer, a picture layer and an adhesive layer on a mold releasable sheet having an ionizing radiation curable resin layer with an uneven part on a base film. CONSTITUTION:A base film 2 is coated with an ionizing radiation curable resin 3, and dried. A composite sheet is finely embossed on the exposed face of the resin 3 layer by an embossing plate, and the layer is cured by radiating it with an ultraviolet ray. The obtained mold releasable sheet 1' is coated with an acrylic resin isolation layer 4 by gravure coating, a picture layer 5 and an adhesive layer 6 are then formed by screen printing with ink containing acrylic resin, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer as vehicle as a transfer foil. Thus, since it has excellent heat resistance without necessity of employing a mold, a molded form having an inexpensive and sharp uneven part is obtained. |
