Its purpose is to cause foodstuffs of various nature to brown and crispen on contact, and more particularly foodstuffs with a low water content. According to the present invention, the concoction is formed from a material which is active in a microwave oven, that is to say resulting in the conversion of microwaves into heat, which is perforated in a regular manner to allow the escape of vapours of water and of fat and of all released liquids and a more intense and faster heating of the active material allowing the coordination of surface cooking times and molecular agitation cooking times. The preferred presentation of the concoction, particularly intended to be used as a disposable cooking utensil, is a thin flexible sheet including greaseproof paper and comprising circular perforations.
