PURPOSE:To collectively apply hyperthermia only to the affected part without damaging the function of the body cavity by mounting the light guide body provided between the light detection part and light emitting part of a tube and a light guide body for guiding the light of a light source toward one end of the tube. CONSTITUTION:When the flap 14 of a tube 10 is inserted in a constriction part 24 to complete the staying of the tube 10, the insert part 3 of an endoscope 1 is inserted in the parts descendents duodenum 20 and a light emitting part 4a is opposed to this one end of the tube 10. When a light source 7 is operated in this state to emit light, the light from the light source 10 is guided to the light emitting part 4a through light guides 9, 8 to be emitted therefrom. This light is taken in the light detection part 11 of the tube 10 and further guided to a light emitting part 12 by the light guide 13 of a light guide body to be emitted to the constriction part 24 therefrom. Whereupon, the temp. of the constriction part 24 rises and hyperthermia can be applied only to the constriction part 24 concentratedly. After the completion of hyperthermia, the insert part 3 of the endoscope is pulled out but a lead wire is not led out to the outside and, therefore, no unpleasant feeling is imparted to a patient at the time of non-treatment and no trouble is exerted on a meal. |
