<p>PURPOSE:To prevent synthetic leather from damaging, to shorten a working time, and to reduce mold margin, material cost by melting polyester fiber having a low melting point, then press solidifying it to form a core, associating synthetic leather or other suitable material with the core, and mold-pressing it while heating it at the melting point of normal polyester fiber. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic leather 1, polyurethane sheet 2, a polyester core 3, a polyurethane sheet 4, cloth 5 are sequentially laminated from above as a material. The core 3 is manufactured by mixing polyester fiber having lower melting point than that of the core 3 and excellent fusion-adhesive with the normal polyester fiber, injecting steam of approx. 90 degrees to melt the polyester fiber, and then pressing to solidify it. When the whole material is press molded while heating it at approx. 100 deg.C being the melting point of the normal polyester, the core 3 is melted to be compressed, to be thermally molded integrally with the leather 1, the sheets 2, 4 and the cloth 5 as binder.</p> |
