<p>The present invention relates to a method and a device for the partial protection of dishes. The technical field of the invention is the manufacture of kitchen-ware and table-ware for the preparation of dishes of assorted meals. The part (53) is comprised of a crown (33) covering the wing of the dish (21) and is centred thereon by means of at least three centring tongues (63) arranged on the outer perimeter of said crown. Three other tongues (9), situated on the inner perimeter may receive a second dish (13) after having dressed the first dish with food placed in its central part (41) and protected by the tongues (9), and clearing sufficiently the bottom (43) of the dish (13). When serving, each dish is taken and the part (5) is removed, thus clearing the wing which is clean during the dressing thereby providing for a neat presentation.</p> |
