PURPOSE:To apply a film sheet easily and increase degree of shrinkage of bellows by applying preliminarily a bonding agent on one surface as a main body sheet raw fabric and using comparatively soft resin adhesion film constituted of said sheet raw fabric covered and protected with a piece of release paper all over. CONSTITUTION:A main body sheet raw fabric 5 is constituted of a comparatively soft resin film 51, a bonding agent layer 52 applied over said film and a piece of release paper 53 covering and protecting said layer. Said main body sheet raw fabric 5 is cut into given sizes to manufacture a main body sheet 5a, and further a piece of release paper 53 is peeled off the main body sheet 5a simultaneously or on or before cutting to expose an adhesive layer 52 on the whole surface of the sheet 5a. Then, synthetic resin film sheet raw fabric 2 of comparatively good nerve is cut into given sizes to manufacture a film sheet 2a, and a plurality of triangle notched holes 3, 3, 3... are punched in the given positions, and then said film is overlapped on an exposed adhesive surface 52 of the main body sheet 5a, applied and integrated to form a bellows material 4. |
