发明名称 STABILIZER SYSTEM BASED ON FINE CRYSTAL CELLULOSE FOR DRY BLENDED INSTANT CHOCOLATE DRINK
摘要 PURPOSE: To provide the stabilizer system which consists of prescribed weight ratios of colloidal microcrystalline cellulose, starch and non-thickening and water-soluble binder, is a pulverized compsn. subjected to cooperative treating and cooperative drying and is useful as a function agent in the compd. for instant chocolate drinks. CONSTITUTION: This stabilizer is useful as a rapid dispersant for suspending solids into an aq. medium and consists of the below-mentioned three components A, B, C. Namely, the component A is the colloidal microcrystalline cellulose. The component B is the starch of the amt. which is below the weight of the component A but is enough to activate the component A in the liquid medium and to accelerate rapid peptization by the min. possible stirring of the aq. medium. The component C is the non-thickening and water-soluble binder having a weight ratio to the component A of about 0.6:1 to 9:1. The aq. mixture of the components A, B and C is subjected to the cooperative treating and the cooperative drying and preferably to spray drying, by which the stabilizer system described above is obtd. The stabilizer is capable of activating the compd. for the drinks described above by simple stirring with a spoon.
