Belt-reel carrier for belt reels consisting of belted electrical components, especially electrical capacitors, with a belt-reel core composed of two identical half parts which can be connected to one another coaxially and of which each half part has a cylindrical hub part, as a seat for a round washer in the form of an annular disc, and an outer flange which projects radially outwards on the axially outer side of the hub part and on the axially inner side of which the round washer can be supported. So that the length of the belt-reel core can be varied in adaptation to the particular belt width, each of the half parts of the belt-reel core has, on its axially inner side, in a manner offset radially inwards relative to the circumference of the hub part, at least one axially projecting peg and an axial bore arranged on a common circle with the latter, the peg of one half part being displaceable frictionally in the bore of the other half part. Moreover, the outer flange can be formed from outer-flange segments arranged at a distance from one another, whereas the round washers have, on their inner edge, cutouts corresponding to the outer flange segments, in such a way that the round washer can be pushed axially onto the hub part via the outer flange segments and can be locked axially on the outer flange segments by rotation in the manner of a bayonet fastening. This makes it possible to remove the round washers from the belt-reel core at a later stage, without the latter having to be dismounted for this purpose [lacuna]... Original abstract incomplete.
