PURPOSE:To eliminate the reduction of the use efficiency of a satellite line by monitoring the receiving condition of a line during the setting with a satellite line and the same number of demodulators for monitoring a communication line, releasing the line in which the receiving defective condition is continued for a prescribed time or above and prohibiting the next line setting until the line assigning releasing request is executed. CONSTITUTION:A line assigning control device 23 investigates the use condition, etc., of a satellite line to be controlled, when the idle is present at the satellite line, designates a satellite line through a common signal line to an outgoing call station and an incoming call station and executes the line setting. Next, respective outputs of demodulators (25-1)-(25-n) for monitoring a communication line are received and the receiving condition is monitored. When the communication line, in which the receiving defective condition is continued for a prescribed time or above, is detected, the releasing processing of the communication line is executed, and until the notice of the line assigning releasing request is executed from the controlled modulator demodulator to set the communication line, the next line setting for the said controlled modulator demodulator is prohibited. |
