PURPOSE:To eliminate the use efficiency reduction of a satellite line by successively monitoring the receiving condition of a line during the setting of a line, at the time of the line in which a receiving defective condition is continued for a prescribed time or above, releasing the line, and prohibiting the next line setting until a line assigning releasing request is executed from a controlled modulator demodulator to set the said line. CONSTITUTION:A line assigning control device 23 investigates the use condition, etc., of a satellite line to be controlled, when the idle is present at a satellite line, designates a satellite line through a common signal line to an outgoing call station and an incoming call station and executes the line setting. Next, a demodulator 25 for monitoring a communication line is controlled, respective plural set communication lines are selected and received in the prescribed sequence and the monitoring of the receiving condition is executed. When the communication line, in which the receiving defective condition is continued for a prescribed time or above, is detected by monitoring, the releasing processing of the communication line is executed, and until the notice of the line assigning releasing request is executed from a controlled modulator demodulator to set the communication line, the next line setting for the said controlled modulator demodulator is prohibited. |
