<p>PURPOSE:To heighten the rigidity of an entire coupler by assembling a main pipe and a branch pipe in a coupler main body formed of a pipe material with a rib provided in the vicinity of its opening peripheral end and having the main and branch pipes batch solder welded at the coupler main body. CONSTITUTION:A rib 2, a branch cylinder hole 3 and a cylinder hole 4 are formed by pressing the right and left side of the pipe material with a branch connecting hole bored so as to form a coupler main body 1. A main pipe P and a branch pipe P0 are assembled respectively in the cylinder hole 4 and a branch cylinder hole 3 of the coupler main body 1 and batch solder welded at the coupler main body 1. The solder welding work can be thus improved as well as the rigidity of the entire coupler can be heightened by the rib 2.</p> |
