<p>PURPOSE:To control the priority of an incoming call for each terminal interface by setting the priority of a response according to the other party from which the incoming call is transmitted for each terminal interface and delaying the response for the incoming call. CONSTITUTION:A network side interface 100 and two sets of terminal interfaces 121 and 122 are connected through a network side layer 1 terminal circuit 1 and two sets of terminal side layer 1 terminal circuits 2A and 2B respectively connected to the terminations of the interface 100 and the interfaces 121 and 122. The title adapter is equipped with a transfer control circuit 4 to control the transfer of a D channel signal from the network side interface and plural incoming call control circuits 6A and 6B to make the D channel signal into the incoming call for the respectively connected terminal interfaces by the command of the transfer control circuit 4. Each of the respective incoming call control circuits includes a means to set the priority of the response for the incoming call and another means to delay the response for the incoming call according to the setting by the former means and preferentially receives the call transmitted from the necessary other party by delaying responses for all the transmitted calls except an emergency transmitted call.</p> |
