<p>PURPOSE: To reduce leak of fluid, and set driving force small by providing a seal means comprising an elastic seal member and an elastic pressurizing means on a slide. CONSTITUTION: Seal means 66, 68, 70 to seal between a through hole 52 and a first and a second main walls 26, 28 are provided on a slide 50. The seal means 66, 68, 70 are composed of elastic seal members 66, 68 to get in contact with the main wall surfaces 26, 28, and an elastic pressurizing member 70 to provide sealing force to the seal members 66, 68 in accordance with fluid pressure in the through hole 52. When the slide 50 is stopped, therefore, the elastic seal members 66, 68 are pressed to the first and the second main wall surfaces 26, 28 by pressure in the through hole 52, and as the slide 50 starts moving, pressure in the through hole 52 is reduced to reduce pressing force to the elastic seal members 66, 68, thereby leak of fluid is reduced, while setting driving force of a valve element small.</p> |
