<p>A primary vessel (12) having a crustacean retrieving means attached to the forward end of the vessel (12) and having a motor driving a plurality of basic wheels (24) to maintain the vessel (12) above the water, and allowing it to move on the bottom of the pond. The retrieving means includes a primary roller (60) substantially the width of the vessel (12) moving along the bottom of the pond for disturbing the crustaceans. The primary conveyor (46) includes a plurality of spaced apart shelf members (62) along its width so that the crustaceans will be lodged against the shelf members (62) and will be deposited into the receiving bin (56) as the conveyor belt circulates. In the uppermost end of the conveyor belt, there is a grass catching means (70), which includes a surface on which the grass is lodged and deposited back into the pond.</p> |
