PURPOSE:To enable a cell to be vertically shifted to a power supply wiring by setting up the width of a connecting part of the power supply wiring to a neighboring cell of the standard cells wider than the width of a power supply wiring inside the cell. CONSTITUTION:The width (b) of a connecting part of a power supply wiring 3 inside the cell 1 is made to be b>w to the width (w) of the power supply wiring inside the cell, while the thickness (c) of the width (b) of the connection part of the power supply wiring inside the cell with the neighboring cell is set up to be c>=w 2<1/2> to the width (w) of the power supply wiring inside the cell. The illustration shows an example in case a plurality of standard cells 1 are arranged being mutually shifted wherein 1 shows a contour of a standard cell, 2 shows the wiring and 3 shows the power supply wiring. The cell 1 can be vertically shifted to the power supply wiring 3 by widening the width at the connection part 4 of the end part of the cell 1 of the power supply wiring 3. |
