<p>PURPOSE:To simply and certainly detect the positional shift of a nut or the presence of the opening of a metal part by providing a sensor metal fitting having a sensor, which detects the presence of the hole of an object to be detected and the positional shift of the nut and the hole, mounted to the leading end part thereof. CONSTITUTION:The limit switch 12 of a positional shift detector is blocked by a nut 10 even if a sensor metal fitting 9 advances when the nut 10 is positioned at the opening 8 of a metal part 2 to stop at a predetermined position and emits an electric signal of OK to a controller 4. When the nut 10 is not positioned, a metal fitting 7 is advanced to the stroke end of an air cylinder and the limit switch emits an electric signal (d) of NG, the metal part is advanced to the next process as it is but, in the case of NG, said metal part is prevented from entering the welding process of the next process.</p> |
