PURPOSE:To aim at the abatement of variations in a fuel injection quantity by setting up an energizing means, energizing a drive shaft in the driving direction and a rotor in the counter-driving direction respectively, in an intermediate part between the drive shaft and the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A torsion coil spring 25 is installed on the circumference of a coupling 8. One end 25a of the spring is engaged with a recess groove 7c being formed in a flange 7a, and the other end 25b of the spring is engaged with another recess groove 13d being formed on the circumference of a stepped marge diametral part 13b of a rotor 13. This torsional coil spring 25 energizes a drive shaft 7 in the rotational driving direction and simultaneously it energizes the rotor 13 in the counter-rotational driving direction. With this constitution, a relative turning angle position between the drive shaft 7 and the rotor 13 is thus regulated. |
