<p>PURPOSE:To know states of clock mechanisms of all devices at any time by temporarily taking time information from a time information generating device into the clock mechanism of a specific device and distributing it to respective devices and comparing it with turned-back time information. CONSTITUTION:The clock mechanism of a service processor (SVP) 2 is provided with a time information transmission/reception buffer 21 which takes in time information sent from a time information generating device 1 and sends this time information to a system control processor (SCP) 3 and a system support processor (SSP) 4. The SVP 2 is provided with turned-back time information reception buffers 22 and 23 which receive time information sent from time information transmission/reception buffers 31 and 42 and is provided with a comparing circuit 24 which compares contents of the time information transmission/reception buffer 21 with contents of a turned-back time information reception buffers 22 and 23. Thus, it is checked whether time information of each clock mechanism coincides with time information sent from the SVP 2 or not.</p> |
