PURPOSE:To prevent skin from being deformed by fixing an engaging piece on a skin, and engaging said piece extending outwards from the skin with a split surface or recessed part of a mold, and then setting the skin to a predetermined position, subsequently, performing foaming by injecting a foaming material into the skin. CONSTITUTION:The skin 10 fixed with an engaging piece 12 is installed within a mold 22, and the engaging piece 12 extending outwards is engaged to the split surface 22a of the mold. The mold 22 comprises a split mold, and has a cavity consisting of an article shape in its interior, and besides, pins 24 for fixing the engaging piece 12 extending outwards are studded at a predetermined position of split surface 22a of the mold. The skin 10 laid within the mold 22 is held in the mold without any deformation of the shape because the engaging piece 12 fixed on the skin is engaged to the mold split surface and the skin is in a form of being pulled in the mold inner surface. And, under the state of inserting an insert 26 into the skin 10, the foaming is carried out by injecting a foaming material 28 (for instance, a polyurethane foam material) from a skin bottom surface opening part 20 into the skin 10. |
