One or more installation table is linearly movable in a first direction by means of first driving means. A head concentrates or focuses the infrared rays flux emitted from the laser beam oscillator and then radiates it. The head is supported on the upper portion of the installation table by movable support means. Connection means rotate the support means around the first direction or axis so that the head can be rotated around the second direction or axis which is perpendicular to the first direction or axis. The machine also has driving means, automatic control means for the oscillator, and protection means made of the infrared rays impermeable material. |
