<p>PURPOSE:To enable high frequency quenching suiting to the prescribed quenching aimed value by executing feedback of learned processing data on the other hand while comparison-operating the basic characteristic and the actual data of the material to be quenched. CONSTITUTION:At the time of high-frequency-quenching the steel, etc., the comparison operation between the chemical or physical basic characteristic and the actual data of the material to be quenched is executed, to decide the quenching condition. On the other hand, the feedback of the learned processing data obtd. by statistically processing at least inspection data of quenching material, is executed to correct the quenching condition. By this method, the high frequency quenching, which is the most suitable to the quenching aimed value, can be continuously executed.</p> |
