<p>PURPOSE:To improve the absolute precision and to reduce the cost by electrically bringing an electrode sheet and a resistance film sheet into contact with each other with a pressure- sensitive rubber between them at the time of depressing the electrode sheet from above, and adding and multiplying current values of currents flowing and divided to respective electrodes in accordance with (x) coordinates and (y) coordinates to obtain (x) and (y) coordinate values. CONSTITUTION:The current from the depression point flows and is divided to respective electrodes 23 to 26, and respective current values of currents flowing to electrode placed in the (y) direction of one reference electrode and flowing to this reference electrode are added tat the time of obtaining the (x) coordinate value. This addition result is multiplied by the quotient obtained by dividing a prescribed width in the (x) direction of the surface of a resistance film sheet 22 by the current value of a constant current source 10, and this multiplication result is the (x) coordinate value. At the time of obtaining the (y) coordinate value, respective current values of currents flowing to electrodes placed in the (x) direction of the reference electrode and flowing to the reference electrode are added, and the addition result is multiplied by he quotient obtained by dividing a prescribed width in the (y) direction of the surface of the resistance film sheet 22 by the current value of the constant current source 10, and this multiplication result is the (y) coordinate value. Thus, the absolute precision is improved and the cost is reduced.</p> |
