PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling process by placing a battery case at a lower specified place of an assembling section and pushing an electrode cluster out of a steel box located at the upper part of the assembling section and inserting them into the battery case. CONSTITUTION:An assembling section 5 comprises a steel box section 2 for holding and tightening an electrode cluster 1 to a specified dimension and a comb teeth 4 mounted to the steel box section 2 via a movable shaft 3 for rearranging the electrode cluster 1 held in the steel box section 2. A transport section 8 is disposed below the assembling section 5 for positioning a battery case 7 to a specified position. A push out section 9 is disposed at the upper part of the assembling section 5 which section 9 comes down and pushes the electrode cluster 1 down out of the steel box section 2 and insert it into the battery case 7. This simplifies the manual work portion by continuously performing the electrode cluster assembly and the insertion into the battery case. |
