<p>PURPOSE:To enable the button operation only with the thumb by locating a lock release button turnably with pins at the upper part of a handle gripping part in the structure of the handle part for actuating an operation rod so as to perform engagement and disengagement of a ratchet claw and a ratchet gear. CONSTITUTION:In a braking device where a ratchet claw 23 on an operation rod 13 is engaged with a ratchet gear of the car body side and the operation rod 13 is locked and while a lock release button 27 is operated to release the ratchet claw 23 from the ratchet gear 22, a handle gripping part 14c is extendedly provided in about vertical direction to a basic part 14b holding the operation rod 13. And the lock release button 27 is located on the outer peripheral surface of a meeting part of the handle gripping part 14c with the basic part 14b, and is installed turnably with pins 27a, 26c which locked a spring 28. The releasing operation of the brake actuated condition is thus facilitated.</p> |
