<p>PURPOSE:To increase the quantity of additional information and to extract information at the time of carrying the information at high speed by providing the recording area of a main information signal and that of an additional information signal on a track, and multiplexing a digital information signal and an analog information signal on the recording area of the additional information signal. CONSTITUTION:The signal of a video signal processing circuit 1, the signal of a pulse modulation PCM signal processing circuit 2, and analog pilot signal f6 for program searching at the time of fast feed of a tape are supplied to change-over switches 3a and 3b. And the switches 3a and 3b are switched and controlled by a system control circuit 19 according to a recording pattern. Meanwhile, a clock line part and a data part are provided at a recording format, and PCM signal digital additional information is recorded on data, and also, the signal f6 is multiplexed. In such a way, it is possible to increase the recording quantity of the additional information and also, to extract required additional information even at the time of feeding the tape at high speed.</p> |
