A lever (106) is arranged on the inner surface of a photocell support frame (104) opposing a main convey path and extends along the inner surface of the frame. The lever is supported by a guide member formed on the frame so as to be slidably recirpocated on the inner surface along the longitudianal direction of the frame. One end of the lever protrudes outward from an opening (110) formed in one stationary outer frame and the finger actuating member (112) is fixed to the outer end. The side surface of the upper housing corresponding to one stationary outer frame is constructed by a cover which can open and close.
