PURPOSE:To prevent respective medium issueing devices from becoming larger and to reduce the burden of an operator by setting priority to plural medium issueing devices, and instructing the medium issueing device selected with the above priority to issue the medium. CONSTITUTION:Plural medium issueing devices 12 are set, and a window terminal device 11 normally preferentially uses one of them. The medium issueing device to be preferentially used is, for example, set at a position nearest to the window terminal device 11. In addition, the respective medium issueing devices 12 are made to be comparatively small, and they house normally frequently issued media. Further, the special medium which is not housed to other medium issueing devices is housed, for example, in one of them. Thus, the plural small medium issueing devices 12 can be efficiently used. |
