<p>PURPOSE:To simplify assembling, and accurately position a secondary coil, by inserting a guide pin through a side-face shielding plate, an iron core and a side-face shielding plate, in this order, fixing the iron core and the side-face shielding plates in a groove, and inserting the engaging protrusion of the secondary coil in a positioning hole arranged on the side-face shielding plate. CONSTITUTION:The suitable position of a coil 10 is previously determined on a side-face shielding plate 20; positioning holes 15a, 16a are arranged at the part corresponding with said positions; an inserting hole 21 for a guide pin 5 is arranged. Two side-face shielding plates 20, the iron coil 1 around which a second coil 2 is wound, and the side-face shielding plate 20 are inserted into guide pin 5 via inserting holes (c), (d) and 21, and accommodated in a groove 4; an inner periphery shielding plate 22 and an outer periphery shielding plate 25 are inserted along an inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface of the groove 4; a cover 26 is mounted and split core blocks A, B are completed. Thereby, the secondary coil is inevitably arranged at a suitable position, and a zero-phase current transformer of little residual current and uniform characteristics can be obtained.</p> |
