<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the exchange of useless information and to increase exchange efficiency by first exchanging only outline picture data, displaying the outline picture based on the outline picture data, and then, sending the complementary picture data according to an instruction. CONSTITUTION:Many picture data to express the pictures are stored into a memory means 1a. An extracting means 1b extracts the outline picture data to express the outline of the picture and the complementary picture data to express the picture by being coupled with the outline picture data. Further, the outline picture data and the complementary picture data are transmitted to a receiving part 2. A receiving means 2a receives the both picture data transmitted from a transmitting part 1, and displays the outline picture based on the outline picture data by a display means 2b. A restoring means 2c restores the picture data to express the picture based on the both picture data. In addition, by inputting an instruction from an instruction input means 2d, the complementary picture data are exchanged.</p> |
