PURPOSE:To cool a motor well by approaching a motor to the rotary zone of a balance weight and arranging this motor at the position where the air current caused by the wall formed on the balance weight is abutted. CONSTITUTION:Both a crank member 12 and a motor 1 are arranged by adjoining to the lower part of a lower chassis 6. The necessary polishing is performed by rotating the rotary plate of the crank shaft 12 provided on an output shaft 11 by this motor 1. The vibration generated at the rotation time of this crank shaft 12 is constrained by the balance weight 15 fixed to the output shaft 11. In this case, an air current is generated by the wall 17 of the balance weight 15 and the motor 1 located at the vicinity of the balance weight 15 is effectively cooled by this air current.
