PURPOSE:To keep magnetic anisotropy appropriately by providing an anisotropic holding layer having plane contact with a magnetic layer which comprises a head magnetic path, forming the anisotropic holding layer with an amorphous magnetic layer having a crystallizing temperature higher than that of the magnetic layer, and attaching the anisotropy in the same direction as that of the magnetic layer. CONSTITUTION:The existence of the anisotropic holding layer 7 holds the anisotropic direction 5 of the magnetic layers 1 and 2 on the head magnetic path, and the anisotropic direction 5 of the magnetic layers 1 and 2 can be held by holding the anisotropy of the anisotropic holding layer 7 even when the anisotropy of the magnetic layers 1 and 2 are disturbed. Meanwhile, since the anisotropic holding layer 7 is provided with the crystallizing temperature higher than that of the magnetic layers 1 and 2, a heat treatment in a magnetic field in the temperature high than even can be performed, consequently, it is possible to attach heat resistance higher than anisotropic heat resistance attached on the magnetic layers 1 and 2. Therefore, it is hard to disturb the anisotropy of the anisotropic holding layer 7 even under the temperature by which the magnetic layer 1 on the head magnetic path is disturbed. In such a way, the anisotropy of the magnetic layers 1 and 2 on the head magnetic path can be held appropriately. |
