<p>PURPOSE:To shorten access time and to make a dropping prevention mechanism unnecessary by moving a cell block in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of an accessor. CONSTITUTION:The title device is equipped with the cell block 10 constituted by arranging plural laminated cells 11 whose cartridge output port 11a can be confronted with the traveling direction of the accessor 7, a stocker frame holding the cell block 10 so as to be moved in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the accessor 7, and a moving means to move the cell block 10. In such a way, relative motion between the accessor 7 and a moving cell block 10 is performed, which shortens the access time by that share, and also, it is possible to respond to oscillation in an unexpected status such as earthquake, etc., even without providing the dropping prevention mechanism, and to easily simplify the cell 11 by that share.</p> |
