PURPOSE:To provide the information recording medium of an air sandwich structure having excellent durability by adhering substrates and spacers by UV curing type adhesive agents without providing dye layers to at least the pats of the substrates to be joined to the spacers. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of the disk-shaped substrates 1a, 1b are joined by the adhesive agents 4a, 4b via the annular inner spacer 6 and the annular outer spacer 5 and recording layers 3a, 3b consisting of dyes which allow writing and/or reading of information by laser are provided to the inner surfaces of at least one of the substrates 1a, 1b. The dye layers are not provided to at least the parts of the substrates 1a, 1b to be joined to the spacer 5 and the substrates 1a, 1b and the spacer 5 are adhered by the UV curing type adhesive agents 4a, 4b. The adhesive strength of the disk-shaped substrates 1a, 1b and the spacer part is greatly improved in this way, by which the information recording medium of the air sandwich structure having the excellent durability is obtd. |
