PURPOSE:To contrive accomplishment of a thin layer while mechanical strength is maintained by a method wherein an electrode-buried ceramic raw sheet, formed by applying and drying a ceramic slurry in which the prescribed thermoplastic resin is compounded, is thermo-press welded, a supporting member only is exfoliated, and said ceramic raw sheet is transferred to another ceramic raw sheet or electrode. CONSTITUTION:A hot platen 27 is placed on the side where an electrode-buried ceramic raw sheet 25, which is formed by coating and drying the ceramic slurry obtained by blending thermoplastic resin of the base film 21a of 10 to 40wt.%, is not formed. On the other hand, a base film 21 which is fixed to a stand 20 and a ceramic raw laminated body 22 are placed on the side where the electrode-buried ceramic raw sheet 25 is formed. Using a pen 34 fixed to the stand 20, an electrode 23a and a ceramic raw sheet 24 are aligned. Then, when the electrode-buried ceramic raw sheet 25 is heated up and fixed by pressure to the surface of the ceramic raw laminated body 22 using a hot platen 27, it is transferred to the surface of the ceramic raw laminated body 22, and a ceramic raw sheet 30 is formed. |
