<p>PURPOSE:To enable climbing of a self-traveling machine on an inclining rail without slip by providing engaging sections on a steel tower clearing rail. CONSTITUTION:A steel tower clearing rail 1 is fixed through a fixing rod B to upper section A of a steel tower. The rail 1 is bent upward in the central section 11 with the opposite end sections 12, 13 thereof being lower than an overhead earth-wire D. A self-traveling machine F is provided with overhead earth-wire travel wheels G1, G2 travelable on the overhead earth-wire D and rail travel wheels H1, H2 travelable on the steel tower clearing rail 1. The rail travel wheels H1, H2 have faces engageable with the engaging section 2 of the steel tower clearing rail 1. Since the engaging section 2 of the clearing rail 1 engages with the engaging faces of the rail travel wheels H1, H2 the self-traveling machine does not slip when it travels over a steel tower.</p> |
