<p>C A N A D A S P E C I F I C A T I O N TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Be it known that I, BARRIE PETER MOORE, a British subject, of 25 Prideaux Road, London SW9 9LS, England, have invented certain new and useful improvement in: ROOF INSTALLATIONS and the following disclosure contains a full description of the invention and of the best mode known to me for taking advantage of same. Roof installations are described consisting of an array of interfitting members e.g. tiles, strips, slats or the like which interfit to form a roof covering and a set of heat pipes which runs parallel to the plane of the roof. Heat is abstracted from the heat pipes and used directly or indirectly, e.g. via a heat pump apparatus. Solar energy may thus be captured, as well as ambient energy, e.g. arising from the building below.</p> |
