PURPOSE: To rapidly, economically obtain a three-dimensional plastic by forming a solid section of an article on a surface of a liquid by using a movable spot beam of a programmed UV light, thereafter remotely separating it by a thickness of one layer from the surface, forming next section, and adhering it to the previous layer to constitute the article, thereby rapidly transferring from a designing stage to a master stage and to its manufacture. CONSTITUTION: UV curable liquid 22 or the like is charged in a container 21, an operating surface 23 is determined, and a UV spot 27 is formed on the surface 23. The spot 27 can move over the surface 23. A position of the spot 27 is controlled by a programming unit 28. When the liquid 22 is hardened to form a solid material, an elevation base 29 is lowered by a program. New liquid 22 is converted into a solid material via the spot 27, and connected to a lower material by adhesion. This step is continued until the three-dimensional article 30 is formed. |
