<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an ink, containing C.I. Food Black 1 as a dye and specific components as a liquid medium and excellent in drying properties of printings on ordinary paper, shape of dots, etc., and discoloration resistance without clogging and suitable for an ink jet method. CONSTITUTION:The objective ink containing a dye which is C.I. Food Black 1 and a liquid medium containing (A) glycerol and/or polyethylene oxide having 3-6 polymerization degree, (B) a nitrogen-containing cyclic compound (e.g., N- methyl-2-pyrrolidone) and/or ether compound of a polyalkylene oxide (e.g., ethylene glycol monomethyl ether), (C) a surfactant (e.g., alkylsulfuric ester salt) and/or a <=5C lower alcohol and (D) water.</p> |
