PURPOSE:To make a loading height high and prevent a deformation which is apt to occur during loading by a method wherein after making up of small- sized green sheets by dividing a large-sized green sheet into 2-5 parts, the small- sized green sheet is punched into a necessary product form, a large number of sheets of them are laminated on a pallet and curing is performed. CONSTITUTION:A large-sized green sheet 1 to be molded through sheetmaking, whose thickness is 2.0-10m/m, width is 1-2m and length is 2-5m, is divided into 2-5 parts longitudinally to form small-sized green sheets 2. Then a product form of a tile 3 is blanked in a longitudinal direction of the small-sized green sheet 2 and are then after removal of flashes 4 adhering to a circumferential part 20-50 sheets of them, laminated onto a pallet 5. With this construction, partial non-uniform thickness becomes smaller and well-balanced loading can be performed as a whole. |
