PURPOSE:To simplify structure of the recorder by enabling a clearance between recording paper and an ink ribbon to exist by a method wherein an ink wax layer of the ink ribbon is composed of ink wax mixed with magnetic powder, and a magnetic field is applied from a heating material normally to a plane of the recording paper. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic powder 44 in melted ink wax is accelerated with a magnetic field F, is separated from a base film 41 as ink wax 8d to be attracted, and is moved toward a surface of recording paper 3 by attraction. Ink waxes 8e, 8f fixed to the magnetic powder 44 are also moved following this attracting motion and are stuck to the surface of the recording paper 3. Therefore, even though there is a clearance between an ink ribbon 40 and the recording paper 3, recording on the recording paper 3 is performed without any hindrance. Since a magnetic field of a specific intensity is preferably formed in a specific direction at a specific position, the magnetic field F can be easily formed. Since the clearance can be formed between the ink ribbon and the recording paper, structure of the title recorder becomes wholly simple. |
