PURPOSE:To contrive a stable operation of viscosity adjustment by detecting a variation of liquid surface level of a slurry with a displacement sensor and by processing this variation of liquid surface level as compared with reference data of viscosity adjustment with a signal processing circuit so as to determine the time point for finishing the viscosity adjustment. CONSTITUTION:A viscosity adjustment tank 1 for bubble removal and viscosity adjustment of a slurry 2 and a vacuum pump 3 are installed, and a variation of distance to the liquid surface level of slurry 2 in the viscosity adjustment tank 1 is detected by a displacement sensor 4. The time point for finishing the viscosity adjustment is determined by processing this variation of liquid surface level as compared with reference data of viscosity adjustment with a signal processing circuit 5 and the vacuum pump 3 is automatically stopped. It is possible, as a result, to carry out a stable viscosity adjustment without dispersions due to environmental conditions. |
