PURPOSE: To form a very thin transparent film and make it anti-electrostatic by forming an ion net structure of at least one metal, sulfide and/or polysulfide on or in a polymer film. CONSTITUTION: An ion net structure of at least one metal, sulfide and/or polysulfide is formed on the surface or interior of a hardened polymer binder. A resistance of about 10<1> -10<14> ohms/sq. is given to it. The metal ion is selected among Au, Pd, In, Cu, Ni, Ag, Pt and their mixtures and polymer binder pref. uses one having a lower Tg than about 75 deg.C. This enables the dissipation of the electrostatic charges. |
