PURPOSE:To stably and efficiently produce a composite heat insulating profile, by a method wherein a molten synthetic resin is injected between members moving within a die and around the one member to connect together all members, and simultaneously, the other member is covered with a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:After a pair of metal members 1 and 2 are treated in a pretreating process A, an adhesive agent is coated in an adhesive agent coating process B. The members are then conveyed to a preheat treating process D through a drying process C by a feeder 5 and a pusher 7 to preheat it by means of a heating means 6. If the metal members 1 and 2 are heated to the approximately same temperature as a molding temperature, it prevents the occurrence of a temperature loss and improves adhesiveness of the metal members 1 and 2 are further conveyed to a molding process E, and the metal members 1 and 2 and the synthetic resin are brought into a composite manner in the process E to obtain a composite heat insulating profile 12. |
