<p>PURPOSE:To enable an article to be taken out by every desired quantity by converting an accumulating total quantity of the taken out article from decimal to (n) and moving an opening and closing unit being based on the (n) system, in case of the captioned device in a distributing center. CONSTITUTION:When an article is automatically taken out from an article cutout tool 80, in accordance with a desired quantity based on a picking instruc tion, a takeout accumulating total quantity converted from decimal to (n), for instance, quadratic system, and being based on this conversion value, an opening and closing unit 83 is moved in a line direction (direction of arrow head), taking out the article. That is, first taking out one quantity, next in case of taking out five quantity, an accumulating total number of 1 and 6 of decimal system is converted into 1 and 12 of quadratic system, and the opening and closing unit 83 in the first line is transferred by one row in a direction X, taking out the article of one quantity. Next, moving the unit in the first line to the direc tion X further by the one row, the opening and closing unit in the second line by the two rows and the unit in the third and fourth lines by every one row, the article of five quantity is taken out. Thus the article can be taken out by the desired quantity.</p> |
