BENDING TREATMENT OF RESIN TUBE WITH SMALL DIAMETER

PURPOSE:To improve productivity without using a form jig and without heating and cooling treatment by attaching a piece of a metal tube on the outer periphery of a part where a bending treatment is to be applied of a resin tube with a small diameter cut in a standard length in advance and performing a monolithical bending treatment on said attached part in a required shape. CONSTITUTION:On a resin tube 1 with a relatively small diameter which is a product to be treated consisting of a nylon resin, a tetrafluoroethylene resin or other resin materials with specified size and thickness and cut in an approximately standard length, a piece of a metal tube 2 made of steel, aluminum or copper or alloy thereof and having an inner diameter a little larger than the outer diameter of the resin tube 1 is attached on the position of the outer peripherical side of the part of the resin tube 1 where a bending treatment is to be applied and a manually operated bending or an automatic bending treatment by means of a bender apparatus is applied thereon to obtain a monolithically bent part with a required shape. When the resin tube 1 treated with the bending treatment is fixed on a base body 3, it can be simply and surely fixed without generating collapse and kink by using a monolithical and beltlike clamp member 6 consisting of a holding wall 4 with a cut circle shape holding the outer peripheral face of the piece of the metal tube 2 and a flat fixing wall 5.
