PURPOSE:To contrive a lower manufacturing cost by welding torsion bars to a sub-yoke and armatures while maintaining a uniform gap between an extension surface of a reference surface of a jig corresponding to an attracting surface of a core and each of the armatures. CONSTITUTION:In the condition where a sub-yoke 8 is placed on a reference surface 22 of a jig 19 and each armature 11 is set in contact with a contact part 23, torsion bars 13 are welded to the armatures 11 and the sub-yoke 8 to form an armature block. The armature block is disengaged from the jig 19, and the sub-yoke 8 is connected to a yoke 1. The armature 11 is attracted onto an attracting surface of a core by a magnetic flux of a permanent magnet while twisting the torsion bars 13, and the gap between the armature 11, which is moved in a printing direction by the recoil strength of the torsion bars 13 when the magnetic flux is overcome by excitation of a coil, and the core is fixed. Therefore, an operation of polishing the armatures 11 and the sub-yoke 8 for uniformizing the gaps between the attracting surfaces of the cores and the armatures can be omitted, and manufacturing cost can be reduced. |
