A flow control system (1), for controlling the flow quantity by a stepping motor operated by temp. different sensors, comprises a flow quantity measuring means (2), a stepping motor (3), a rotation-linear motion converter (4), and a control valve having a shaft (5), a bellows (6), a valve body (7), and a valve seat (8a). The quantity measuring means includes a detecting circuit (21) producing an output signal (Va) responsive to the temp. differnece between tow temp. sensors (2a,2b). The stepping motor is operated with a regular angular dispalcement responsive to the output signal coming out of the flow quantity measuring means.
